with tags attached for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Final Sale items may not be exchanged or returned. No Exceptions.

           Retrospection's Online Return Policy:
     All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date to receive store credit.

> Store credit will only be  issued if all criteria is met. We do not give refunds. No Exceptions.

> All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.

> Final sale items cannot  be returned. Sale items, jewelry, intimates, and accessories are final sale. Final sale items will be marked under each item description.

> If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, etc.).

> Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

> The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

> If one or more of this criteria is not met, we have the right to reject your return or charge you  a 20-50% restock fee. If your return is rejected, it is your responsibility to pay the shipping fee to have package sent back to you.

     Exchange Details
    We like to make exchanges fast and easy. If you would like to exchange an item please call us immediately at 817-923-2827 and let us know what item, and we will pull it and hold it for you if still in stock. When we receive the exchange from you we will ship it out. If we do not have your exchange in stock you will be issued a store credit.

    > We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse full store credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, or a 20-50% restocking fee.
    > Please consider purchasing delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Retrospection is not responsible for lost return packages in transit.

     How to Make a Return/Exchange
    Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.Fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form and include it in your package along with the item(s).

    Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.We will email you once everything is processed and completed.
    Returns are usually processed within 3-7 business days.
    Our shop girls proudly ship everything you see from our headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, and sometimes mistakes are inevitable. {Hey, we're human!}
